Summer is here
Wow, I guess either I’ve been able to sleep lately or just really busy. Classes are out, finals are over and the ESD3 project is complete. At the time I thought we would never be done with ESD, now I kind of miss it. There is something great about coming home at one in the morning and heading to bed knowing you will be back at lab in a few hours. Oh well, I guess it’s over right along with Brint and Hans who both graduated with year. On that note, if anyone has a room for rent in Rochester let me know. I’m going to be in the market for one before too long.
I ended up back in Erie for the summer working for Meridian again. Works out well in the end with my sister getting married and parents selling the house. Should give me a few months to help out with things around here while I look for a hardware Co-op. In the mean time I’m banging my head against SalesLogix, but at least I’m working with stuff I love.
Oh yeah, I can’t leave out the best part. Just before graduation Hans came up with an idea for a website that he thought would be hilarious. He went out and purchased the domain, created the site, hosted it, and then told me to pay it a visit. So when your bored on the web and want a good laugh go visit GDeservesIt.org. Hopefully you’ll get as big a kick out of it as I did. Thanks Hans, I appreciate it and good luck with your summer classes.

You see – you just need to replace that feeling with the one of going to bed at 2 in the morning after a night at the bars, knowing that you have to be at work in a few hours. :)
But I almost wish I was heading back to Rochester as well… Erie can be a drag, and I’m going to miss RIT and the ever present conversations that open with “speaking of lesbians…”
*sigh* oh well… We’ll see where things go from here…
