Much better
Just made it into Florida tonight. It was already dark by the time we landed so a nighttime pictures was the best I could do. Should have much better pictures of the palm trees and beaches up tomorrow.
On The Road Again
Well, sort of on the road again. Jackie and JR should be on the road by now to Texas, so good luck and have fun. A tip for the rest of you, never pack your tools even when you’re moving. You never know when they are going to come in handy. Oh yeah, and always have duct tape.
Last night just before 9 o’clock Jackie and JR closed up their apartment and left for Ohio to begin their trek to Texas. The first problem struck about 4 feet out of the driveway when all of the trailer lights shut off. A trip to K-Mart for tools, a wiring harness, and several hours later we were able to hardwire the explorer lights to the trailer. On the upside at least it happened now while there were plenty of hands to help out. Enjoy Texas sis, and I’ll see you for Thanksgiving.
